Tokens!®
At each visit, our patients can earn multiple Tooth Tokens. Patients
must have good oral hygiene to participate in the Tooth Token Reward
Program. They can earn Tooth Tokens for the following:

Wearing their rubber bands, headgear or neckgear
as instructed |

| They can keep their Tooth Tokens
in their complimentary Token Bank. Tooth Tokens may be cashed
in at any time. Patients can choose from small prizes with a
few Tooth Tokens or save up for bigger prizes. |
