"Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your wonderful, compassionate care of me on my first visit to your office. I was in to have you fix a permanent retainer put in by another orthodontist, which had popped off a very very "compromised" tooth. Leaving me with a tooth that was wiggling around in my head like a worm on a hook. Needless to say I was nervous, about starting treatment with a new Orthodontist in such a vulnerable position. I feel I need to tell you the story behind my arriving at your office. My previous orthodontist had simply refused to see me on an emergency basis, because they were "too busy to fit me in after having just returned from vacation". I was dumbfounded. Since I'd had a very good relationship with them in the past, seeing them just once or maybe twice a year when the retainer would come loose. They also told me I should find another Orthodontist, and offered no referral. That was how they left it. I was very frightened, shocked, and felt more than a little vulnerable. I just didn't know what to do. Then Sharon recommended you. She was sure you could help. She was right, boy howdy was she right! When I came in and was very nervous, and reeling having been mistreated by my previous Orthodontist.
You saw my apprehension, and did everything to make me feel at ease. You made me laugh, made sure I knew exactly what was happening at every moment. You read my twitchy fearful body language, and made me laugh and relax, and make very thing alright. Everyone, from the moment I walked in, was kind, helpful, happy, real Human Beings! I can't tell you how relieved I was to discover the new retainer should last at least 4-5 years, which my previous Ortodontist never promised. I can tell my the way it's fitting in my mouth, my wiggle worm tooth is finally well protected! I finally feel it's a secure situation. You did this all at a cost less than my previous Ortho ever offered. Thank you doesn't begin to cover it. Too bad I won't get to visit ya'll more often cause I'd love to save up my tokens for that IPOD...Thanks Dr. Don, and everyone at your wonderful practice...You Rock!"

"If we had not seen Dr. Wilson for a second opinion Keelan would be, by now, in the 1st phase of a multi-phase, very expensive, treatment plan. All of which may not have been necessary. "Here's my top ten list for reasons we like Dr Don! There are quite a few orthodontists to choose from, but our choice was made very easily. Why? It started on our first visit and continues on each time we come in; Your business is a very welcome place; it's kind of like an extension of our home.
When we walk in the kids are happy to be there because of :
1) your warm, comfortable office decor; it's not sterile or intimidating as some other offices are. It's like home!
2) the staff—we are always greeted using our names—you know us and treat us like real people rather than just another faceless customer.
3) there are fun activities for the kids to do, incentives for them to
succeed from the computer to the tokens to even tasty treats to positive testimonials on the wall to read
4) You use positive reinforcement as your motivation to get my kids to keep flossing/brushing/etc. (although teenage boys will still be boys and not always do what is best for happy teeth!)
5) Color available for the braces—My kids just love to think of and choose color combos for their braces! You can change them whenever you come in! How cool is that!
6) You know your stuff! It is very obvious that you use the best and latest technology
7) I like your attitude of thinking outside the box as well—your sense of humor is wonderful!
8) You send us e-mail reminders of upcoming appointments—hopefully we will always be there!
9) Cost—Your rates/payment options are very reasonable and helpful and saved us a lot of money!
10) You show us respect and a true sense of wanting to help us. You know what its like to get braces, so you know how to make braces positive experience. You talk to us like real people.
